Pre-orders for NewJeans' new single album, "OMG," have surpassed those for the previous album.
According to album distributor YG PLUS, pre-orders for NewJeans' single album "OMG" had reached 800,000 copies as of today.
This figure not only exceeds the debut album "New Jeans" pre-order volume (450,000 copies), but also the total sales volume.
New Jeans' debut album, "New Jeans," which was released in August of last year, sold 310,000 copies in the first week, setting a new record for a girl group's debut album in the first week (sales in a week after release). Last year, this album sold 691,606 copies, according to the circle chart.
On the same day, New Jeans will release the single album "OMG" at 6 p.m. "OMG" will be released in two formats: as a message-card album and as Weverse albums.
