D1ce's Entertainment announced on January 20th via the official D1ce account that "the exclusive contract with D1ce's Entertainment has expired on January 20, 2023."
"We had a lengthy discussion with the members, and we respected the opinions of Woo Jin-young, Park Woo-dam, Kim Hyun-soo, Jung Yoo-jun, and Cho Yong-geun, who wanted to pursue a new dream, and decided to terminate the exclusive contract by mutual agreement."
"We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to D1CE for being with D1CE Entertainment from August 1, 2019 to the present, and we will always sincerely support the activities of Woo Jin-young, Park Woo-dam, Kim Hyun-soo, Jung Yoo-jun, and Cho Yong-geun," the agency said. "We request a lot of encouragement and support for the five members who are starting over."
