"Pachinko" is based on the novel of the same name by Korean-American Lee Min-jin. He painted the turbulent immigration history of Koreans living in Japan for four generations from the 1910s to the 1980s. The drama starred Yoon Yeo-jeong, Kim Min-ha, and Lee Min-ho.
