"Do you know Ashtanga?" centers on the conflicting relationship between Seol Tae-joon (Joo Jong-hyuk), the building owner's son, and Kang Na-ra (Bae Yoon-kyung), a tenant who works as a yoga instructor in his mother's building.
Kang Na-ra, who avoided the landlord because she couldn't pay the rent on time, becomes involved with the landlord's son by accident.
Kang Na-Ra has a lot of things in the series that she dislikes to the extent that she likes them, but she is sincere about Ashtanga Yoga, and she struggles to keep the yoga studio open until the end in order to achieve her dream.
It is expected to bring laughter, sympathy, and comfort to young people and to not give up on their dreams.
