"I have liked Korean dramas for a long time," Akiko Higashimura said through the production company Neo Story, "and I had a dream that one day my work would be produced as a drama in Korea." I am both surprised and delighted to have realized my dream with this work, which has been serialized in both Korea and Japan. "As a long-time fan of Korean dramas, I'm excited to see what kind of drama will be executed," she said.
